Hi, I think Shining Moon RO is the best option for me. Since you're coming with a group of people, server has referral rewards for all of you. :P
You can customize your base and job rates from 1x-100x and the drop rate is at 20x. We have customs but it will not ruin gameplay and you can multi client to as many clients as you can as well.
