Looking for Classic Pre-Re RO server.

I wish to play Ragnarok Online again. Is there any servers that is below 10x, that doesn't have Job Changer/Healer among other game breaking NPCs?

The minimum requirements for me is:

10x rates and below

MVP card enabled: Don't care.

No extensive NPCs such as Job Changer, Healer, Buffer, and so on.

Pre-Renewal or Classic preferably.

I just want a old school server to grind on. I tried some low rates like OriginsRO and OriginRO, and didn't like the community of either. Was thinking GaiaRO, but I wanted more options before I decide.

i know you said pre-re but i suggest you go look at Ragnarok Asgard Legend asgardlegend.com . it's a classic server with really good balancing for skills and items .

Have you tried out HeRO? It's a pre-renewal server with 5/5/3 rates, celebrating its 14th birthday in October.

We do have Job Changer, but it promotes doing the job change quests by providing small rewards for it. We have healer as well, with increasing price depending on your level. We do not have a Buffer.

Renewal areas such as new world are modified to fit pre-renewal mechanics, and custom regions fit in and feel as if they were official content.

Some balances are good, but I don't like how linear they made the game this way. I'm going to have to decline. Best of luck!

While this does sound interesting, a lot of NPCs and out of the blue custom features puts me off wanting to play. Above all, I wish for a Classic/Pre-Renewal like server, and if there are customs, that they would follow the official line of questing/seasonal events/unlockable features.

I would be interested in a server like that, too. Sadly most p-servers are either dead or have things that bother me (like OP itemShop or they thought they had to change some things unnecessarily)

There's also the "new official euRO" which I DON'T recommand if you're looking for a true classic server.
- It IS mostly classic, with the exeption, that they "balanced" things and now my wizard can spam the living daylights out of fire bolt 10 without skilling Dex at all.
- The itemShop is so P2W and OP that you don't ever need a party and can probably just go solo MVPs left and right.
- Many maps are still unavailable.
- Monsters got thrown on other maps for some unknown reason

So all in all, I cried tears of happiness when I saw it and after a while of testing it cried tears of disappointment, really sad. It had potential

I'm going on server hunt again. PM me if you found anything worth our time

AfrielRO is coming around the end of November. Rates are 10/10/7 and the staff want to keep things vanilla looks like. Beta test is Nov 17.

Edit: There seems to be a Warper NPC, but that's it.

You could try playing PlayRO. it is a Pre-Renewal Classic server job change is classic. heck even payon town is in classic map. currently in Episode 5, the mods plan to update by episode. it is a Philippine Server though so basically the main language is Filipino. Rates are 7x/7x/3x. you can check the server. Website is playro.ph

I mean no offense but your server is not "classic" by any means. And it features exactly the things I want to avoid when playing a RO server. I specifically said no Job Changer, no Warper, Healer, so on. Yet that is what is advertised in the RMS site itself.

After what happened to AspectRO. No thank you. You guys have great potential but you destroyed my trust after that stunt. I'll wait and see if it won't close a week after opening.

The "remade" balances makes the game go super straight. As in, you have limited freedom to what made RO special in the first place. Props to the people that made the changes but it's simply not a server for me.

I'm just a player there. They will acknowledge what happened with AspectRO when asked so it's not like they are trying to hide anything.
