exRO is a 1k/1k/150x server with a 1x mvp card drop rate and a 5% normal card drop rate. Our battlegrounds is modified to suit your needs and definitely, corruption sucks. Multi clienting and RCX is allowed mainly because we're a WoE-center PvP-BG loving server. We're hoping to open in a bit so I hope you could check this out and register at the forums!

UtopiaRO fits practically everything on your list, outside of the drop rate being a tad less than desired.

In regards to donations, you can win events for donation credits that you can use to buy donation items for yourself. I also believe you can vote for them but at a hefty price tag.

Some Extra Features:

→ Monster Hunting, to earn points and prizes, as well as to level up faster due to bonus EXP!
→ Monster of the Week, again, bonus EXP, a special headgear drop at a dastardly low chance, and the ability to Even Share the quadrupled EXP between party members of any level
→ Ideas of Utopia, a custom PvP system between teams
→ Castle of Chess and other custom maps, such as the PK Helheim where custom mobs roam
→ Custom Cities of Serenglade and Gladia (main town)
→ Zero tolerance for trolls, thus harbouring and nurturing an amazing community. Trolls are banned on-sight, regardless if they've donated or been around for a long time
→ Growing population, with a consistent 95+ (cap. 150ish) online (~10-20 vendors, ~5AFKs) The main city of Gladia (South, specifically) is always busy and active with players so there's no "dead" feeling

Perhaps give it a shot if you don't mind the whole "5x under the drop rate requirement" thing

I played Utopia 2 months ago. It was fun but I had problems there, Graphics were low even if the settings are at max. And yep, I typed /fog. Only had this problem at Utopia, sadly my friends don't like a super awesome friendly server so we had to move. I'd recommend this for anti troll people though.


Might check out ExtremeRO once I return back home. Around 4 days maybe?
Last problem left is checking out their cash shop. (Yep, we check cash shop before even playing lol).

We currently have no cash shops YET because we're on OBT. Donates and cash shop are still being decided upon, so you can actually give out suggestions down at the forums. Open Beta Testing, but no wipes. :

I don't really care what donations are as long as they're available for everyone. Decent quest for a donation item. Not scrappy ones like emblem of sun god as a requirement.

We actually have some WoE gears up in exchange for badges, although they're pretty expensive. We're working on quests for every living unobtainable gear like gpipe or blush of groom too.

I don't know if you've heard about NyxsisRO, but it fulfills a good deal of your requests.  The only issue though is that it's a smidge lower than the rates you wanted.  However, it's still easy to level quickly with a proper party or guild.  In case you're interested, here's how Nyxsis fits your criteria:

20x/20x/20x   -   ?00x/?00x/??x  The ONLY thing Nyxsis fails to satisfy in your requirements; its rates are 10/10/5 with floating rates of up to 13/13/7.  Add in some field manuals (easy to get with automated events, donations), and you'll get back up to ~20x rates though!

Okay. I played exRO and it was fun but something is missing. Probably the pvm part.

Anyways still looking for Mid Rates or High Low rates (10-20) anything below 10 can kill me :/.
