Looking for a Server

Hi,
its some time ago I played RO the last time but it never gets old, thats why I am searching for some server...

Requirements:

- not to laggy of course
- no overpowerd donations
- pvp based, something like everyone gets the same gear for pvp/or all gear is available via NPCs - also being instantly max level would be cool
- classbalance

and of course there also should be some people to play with :/

Summarized: I just want to play PvP one some stable, populated server without paying tons of money where actually only skill/strategy decides who wins/loses D:

Base Level= 255/120
Rates= 10k/10k
Leveling is very easy, and people actually would leech you to max !

Drop rate= MvP 1% , Non MvP 3-10%
Player base= 25-80

Custom Quests, Fishing, Instances, Cooking, Guild Houses, Commands and Main Town.
All Donations Items are balanced, and they are obtainable in game.
There are always events in the server, and GM throws events Daily.
Alot of customs. ALL BALANCED. We focus on balancing of items and classes in the server.
3rd jobs are enabled BUT OPTIONAL, they cannot use their skills in WoE for balancing purposes and have their own PvP room.
Death Knight and Extended Super Novice IMPLEMENTED !
We made kiel to stack up to only 2 so people dont just spam with 4 kiels. It would require more skills and technique to be successful.

~> Server was recently moved to a new host and has been fantastic even to players in SEA.
- no overpowerd donations
~> Nothing OP at all. Buffs, NPCs and Commands are accessible by everyone.
- pvp based, something like everyone gets the same gear for pvp/or all gear is available via NPCs - also being instantly max level would be cool
~> There's multiple NPCs that have the basic equipments (slotted) and some that you'll need to hunt. BG 2.0 will be implemented soon as well so that'll open up the BG equipments.
- class balance
~> They're using the most balanced mechanics so it is considered as a Pre-Renewal Server. They do updates to 3rd Jobs as soon as 3rd Job Developer does anything new.

and of course there also should be some people to play with :/
~> The Server is a bit old so there's a lot of loyal players who are always around to help out. If you happen to run into some who are a bit rude, please don't think that everyone is like that.

Rates are 150x/150x/Custom, so it should be fairly easy to level. Plus they have 2 quests that can bump up your levels quickly.
There's different PvP rooms to suit everyone's taste. :]

iHeart RO may have what you're looking for...

All of our customs are balanced and they provide something beneficial for each class.  The donation items are not over powered and are comparable to the in game quest items.  Donates can be obtained in game from voting and participating in events.  More information on our quest items can be found here: http://forums.iheart-ro.com/index.php?/forum/34-ihro-official-quests-section/

Our rates are 5k/5k/3k.  255/120.  There are no 3rd jobs.

We have customized PvP and strive for balance.  The server relies on official cards and unique builds in PvP, there are no cookie cutter clones.

Give Woon Reloaded a try , i'm sure you would like it here.

No customs and no op donate items either.
Coz our main policy is no custom and well balanced server .
So you can always expect the server to have good class balance.
