Played RO off and on for years both on Official and Private servers, looking for a place to be able to experience it anew now that I have more time on my hands. I like questing and being able to feel like I've accomplished something when I've reached milestones like leveling and different areas. I also like being understood by GMs when I type in the language they advertise in. Mostly into PVE/PVM, only know Pre-Renewal PVP.

Seems like you are looking for a server with official setup, then i am inviting you to our server. RO rakplay

Setup is like in the official severs except EXP and Drop rate which is 10x/10x/5x and we are in Pre-renewal settings.
All are quested (eg. Job change quest,Quest HG's and etc.)
and YES it is english supported.

*Not a pay-2-win server because donations here in our server are mostly usables like foods,pots and scrolls.

This server is just fresh so we are currently building up a community and we hope you would be part of it

Aegis Server ~Truth to be told, I have no idea about what a Aegis server is, from what I've googled, I think the server isn't running on a aegis based one.
Pay-2-Win ~ Donations are obtained in game, you don't need to pay in order to be stronk. And, mostly of the donation stuff are headgears, stat foods and etc.

Would Like But Not A Must:

I've been thinking if I should reply or not, despite I have no idea what an aegis server is and some of the criteria isn't met. Well, its worth a try. There are some criteria on your search, which, the server didn't met, its only the rates and the aegis one (which I have 0 idea with.)

Our very own Mr. Hatter allows you to obtain a number of headgears lacking quests in vanilla RO, however he's a nasty old man and you never know which hat you'll get!  On the bright side, he does allow players to recycle otherwise useless cards.
There are also seasonal quests/gears, Allegiance quests/gears and lots more.

I know I'm a little late and you might already have found a favourite server, but I wanna give it a shot!
I'd like to propose OnlyRO to you!

Must:
Low rates (1x/1x/1x - 10x/10x/10x)

OnlyRO's Rates are ~7/7/7, but a little different to all other servers, which means: OnlyRO's rates are dynamic. Let me give you an example:
You're getting the normal EXP from killing a monster, but the EXP you need to level up is decreased. Which means in fact: leveling till level ~80 is way faster and gets harder the higher you get, but still is decreased in comparison to normal servers, e.g. you need ~25m non rebirth 98->99.

Same goes for the Droprates: they're 7x logarythmic, which means: high drops are not that hard increased (like crapdrops with 80% chance), but lowdrops are increased more. The mainlanguage of the server is english and the server also is supported in english, which means every admin/gm is able to talk to you in english.

OnlyRO is running on hercules. We ain't got any donation system (of course ppl can support OnlyRO by donating, but there's no exchange of real money - ingame stuff).

On OnlyRO you're getting Eden Equip (which was introduced with Renewal) for the jobchange to help ppl with starting anew. Also we're trying to keep up with new questlines (e.g. we had a completely new "easterevent").
