10 and above exp rates lower drop rates and max level 99-70. Can anyone reccomend?
Also looking for a new low rate oppening with x1 or max x3-5 Rates. Classic 99/50 2-1 or 2-2 or 99/70 server. No OP donations. And no Pay to Win.
Now all servers have small population or too imbalanced with donations.
Hi! CGRO is considered a low-midrate or a high-lowrate, however you consider it. It will be launching this January 26, 2018.
The exp rates for base/job is 30x / 30x while the rates for drops is 10x. Our cash shop system is fair as you can obtain the items in game without even donating. While donators can never be P2W as the luxury items will be at a limited stocks sold per week, and they will be battling against the non-donators to purchase those stocks.
It is also 99/70 max levels. We will be a progressing server which will start in Episode 8.3 - Renovation of Payon.

You said low rates, and by 5x of difference (acording to this site), VilliRO is not considered Low Rate, but it is almost.

p/S: About 200 players population (but theres dual-clienting)
we got !autotrade (they said 8 hour?) and !whodrops command
the server originally made because of our frustration toward Extreme Ragnarok Online MYSG (full of empty promises, and negligent)
RO SEA's admin/gm have a very close communication with players (Malaysia & Singapore players mainly), so any problem are solved immediately.. or "soon" /heh

Too much custom, too small player base. OriginsRo is alot better. EpicRo is just a random 50player Server, with no WoE and just playing with your friends grinding to get fun. Its not that I am looking for. If I dont get a proper server, I will just not play Ro.
