looking for a MR to HR Server

Hi everyone.

For a friend and myself, I'm looking for a Server that supports the following things:

Exp Rates: anything from 100 -> xxxx

Item Rates: Don't really matter als long as Boss (this includes Minibosses!) Drops arent that high, MvP Cards should be not more than 0.1, the lower the better. MvP Items should be low as well but not at card rate.

Donations, V4P or any customs that add anything other than pure visual effects are a NO GO. If your Server has any kind of Donation or V4P don't even bother posting, we will not try it out!

No 3d class.

The main language should be english and / or german, we have enough of servers filled with people just talking in their language and most of the time you can't understand even a single word! I'm no rassist, but I'm tired of solo playing a MMO just because no one wants to talk in a wide known language such as english and we can't understand them...

The Server can be brand new, in fact we would love to see a brand new server with very low population, but we are fine if the pop is mid to high but balanced and friendly. Please no 50 people Server and then are 40 in the same guild and dominating WoE.

Custom NPC's: it should have a Warper (if lvl 1 only or every lvl doesn't matter as long as MvP maps are blocked), Healer (maybe with standard buffs but thats not important), Job Changer, Identifier, Universal Rental, Platinum Skill, DB Arena, Stylist, Resetter, Refiner.
A word for the refining NPC: We don't want an NPC that refines everyting guaranteed, but just that one where you can say which refine lvl you want and he TRIES to get to that lvl. Imagine you want tidal shoes on +8 and you have to talk to the refiner for every single refine attempt and you have about 50 pairs. I think you got the point.

But finding a server nowadays without vote for points, or donations at all means joining an official server.
any credible server adds vote for points because everybody wants it, even though it's stupid, and donations are required to keep the server up, how else are the server owners going to pay for the hosting? s*** ain't free

Like Strudel says you're not going to find anything that has no donations or V4P.

However, my server (nemainRO seems to fit the rest of your needs. We're just over a month old, and have a populations between 40 and 80 depending on when. The main language is English we enforce it in the main town and on main chat. The rates are x150/x150/x50. We have all the NPCs you're looking for but the warper goes to most maps. Field maps warp randomly if you consider that some type of MvP protection.

Boss/Miniboss card drop rates are at .01, and boss drops are at x50.

Donation items can be bought using poring coins which are relatively easy to get in game.

I offer this only as a back up, and sincerely hope your search is successful.

What the topic owner means, is that if the SERVER does have V4P and donations, they ITEMS given should have PURELY visual EFFECTS rather than outrageous OVERPOWERED item bonuses.

And similar goes for v4p.. usually it's got usable items.. although I don't get why not v4p since he can also do that, donation makes sense.. but not v4p.

Sorry that it took me a while to reply to your posts, I had to leave my home because my father got a heart operation and I wanted to be at his side.

As for the seeking I would like to set some things clear:

I have seen enough servers where Donations gave huge advantages and weren't available from other methods. Thats why I greatly dislike them. V4P is ok it the Items are balanced or visual only. I know i could vote myself, but why play on a server where even V4P items are hard-custom and because of that destroy my game experience?

OR

Items should be ingame obtainable too. I have no problem when it takes some time to get but I want the chance to stay on par with donaters if I play long enough. Who want to play on a server where you have to donate just so you can play on the same stage as donators and dominate non donators with the blink of an eye?

Lassander, your Server looks interesting, I will try it out definetly. Like I said, no problem with donations as long as I can get them without donating, even when that means a whole lot of farming.

Rates: 75x/75x/25x; Card 0.5%, MVP Card 0.05% (I know you asked for 100x or higher but I'll give it a shot)
Battleground: Active and with BG Conquest
Language: English, Tagalog, German, Russian, Spanish, Aussie English
Population: Peak: 175 (Christmas), 160 Last WoE SE, total lows 50 (20 venders), Average 85~90, Midday +100
WoE: Active, +120 online,rethinking/discussing guild max capacity & alliance
System: Pre-Renewal, Trans & Expanded Classes
Others: Missions to get more exp and level up faster, Endless Tower, Nidhoggr Instance, Sealed Shrine

Donations:
-Can be obtained via donating, duh.
-Balanced donation system.
-Credits or the actual item can be purchased from others players for anything they deem worthy of the trade. (I must be there to oversee the trade else it will not work, to prevent scams.)

Vote for Points:
-Points can also be accumulated while just playing the game, participating in automated or GM lead events.
-Some useable, such as Abrasive or others, or Costume/Style equipments.

-- Yes, we use this kind of refining NPC.. U can go from +0-10 if u feel lucky..
