You could try MalayaRO a server of my client.. rates are at 70x/70x now since it just opened. Final rates will be 50x / 50x

It has Harmony Anti Cheat, and has lots of Custom features and maps. and best of all it is a NO DONATION server everything will be obtained through quests.

Others: We have custom items for the Fishing System, and for our Mining System, else we dont some few for the donations items that give max +1 stats to all, we have a wide collection of quest-able headgears, and we've added a custom episode for a new main town instead of always going with prontera.
ASPD: 190.
WoE Times: Adjustable depending on suggestions (and overall input) & server peaks.
