I'm not looking for much in terms of requirements

Pre-renewal
0.5% normal cards at least
At least 80 active people playing(Or at least 40 if you're relatively new)

I'm coming with at least 4-5 people

We offer you a fine populated & balanced Midrate Server with floating rates, which just got increased to 75x/75x/25x floating up to 90x/90x/30x.
We sadly do not reach your requested 0.5% card-drop, but we make it close. I added you an overview on the example of a drops monster in the spoiler below.

Regarding activity:
I added you a screenshot of our Devil Square Event and one from War of Emperium that is happening right now.
Besides that, our vending merchants get kicked after 72hours if they are not renewed. So we only keep the vending characters of active players.
