Brand new to the forums here and long time former RO player. My friends and I are looking for a fairly populated mid rate server (about 50/50/25) to play on to remember the good old nostalgic days of Ragnarok Online.

Based on your requirements I believe MetaRO would be a good fit for you. We're a new server currently in Beta with an official launch on Sept 12.
Our rates are 100x/100x/100x with MVP cards at a 0.01% Drop.
Our GM team consists of players who have been around for 10 years, so we're doing our best to provide optimal gameplay experience for other long-time players such as yourself
We are Pre-renewal with No Third Jobs
We have no OP donation items. All donation items are also available in-game via Vote4Points and other features.
WoE SE is available and we are actually working on making some custom WoE modes as well to offer more challenges in the WoE Scene.
Dual Clienting is possible.
We have tons of PvE content, including Monster Colosseum, Invasions and 20+ custom maps, fields and dungeons.
