Must have:
FULL renewal systen (and i mean everythings not only 3rd jobs)
10x till 20x rates
more as 50 active ppl online (no 10 ppl playing and 50 vender)
no custom equips like ugly wings

Try CookieRO for a private server. It's 15/15/10.

Though iRO Renewal is now super easy (leveling there now is like leveling on a mid-rate). It's free and obviously the most accurate for renewal stuff.
