Looking for a LR Classic/Pre-Renewal Server

Im looking for a new server to play on!

Criteria:

• Classic or Pre-Renewal No 3rd Classes
• EU host - or playable ping for EU players (im from germany)
• active Playerbase - pretty self-explanatory
• No Pay to Win - no overpowered Donator Items
• Rates: 1x/1x/1x to 5x/5x/5x - Lower Droprates would be nice - please DO NOT offer me servers above these rates!
• Server's community main language - English or German
• No Eden-Group quest
• Close(r) to Officials - Max Level 99/70, 190 ASPD, 150 Instacast, etc

I hope there are some nice "Oldschool-feeling" servers left that me and my mates can try!

try originsro.. Its a good classic server. http://originsro.org/ its website. and more info about the server http://originsro.org/about/ the server has been lively lately.. new players are joining. maybe because of the current woe situation. Just try it so you'll know..

HeRO is a Pre-Renewal server.

Rates: 1x/1x/1x to 5x/5x/5x - Lower Droprates would be nice

Our rates are 5/5/3. Quest exp is 5x, Homunculus exp is 2x.

Server's community main language - English or German

The main language is English.

EU host - or playable ping for EU players (im from germany)

The server is located in Montreal, Canada. We have some german players around and have received no complaints of lag from them.

active Playerbase - pretty self-explanatory

We don't have a huge population, but the players are very friendly and always up for partying and such.

No Pay to Win - no overpowered Donator Items

Most donations are chance items such as old blue boxes, or GM services (Name change, character transfer between accounts). All donation items are available in-game through other means as well, so everyone has a chance to get them.

No Eden-Group quest

HeRO does not have Eden Group.

Close(r) to Officials - Max Level 99/70, 190 ASPD, 150 Instacast, etc

Max Levels are 99/50 for nontrans and extended classes, 99/70 for trans. Max ASPD is 190, instant cast is 150.

Tried OriginsRO - but it feels really "empty", not that many players online when i play.
Would like some more players - tried it months ago, numbers didnt really increase

Tried HeRO, didnt feel good regarding the latency.
Had some good and some bad days, but the latency was kinda annoying all time.

from what part of the world are you anyway? If I may ask. Coz mostly the players are European and asian. If you already got an account try logging in once in a while. Woe been enabled with no dual client allowed and it just surprises me that this little server can reach upto 50 real people playing.

Im from europe - germany to be precise.

Im checking the website every other day, but i didnt see any big improvements since i first checked.

Atm ~70 people with 50% merchants - i wonder why.

This is from last WOE. No dual Client is allowed, http://bbs.originsro.org/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=846 I don't see only 20 people there. Maybe 20 per guild. And still many were not able to join. So I'm guessing the current pop of the server ranges from 50-60 real people. Still low compared to the bigger servers but still growing. Coz on this woe almost 30% of my guildmates were unable to attend, so much more with the other guild.

Thing is, im no PvP Player and no WoE Player - i dont get anything from a filled server on WoE-Times.

I like the grinding, the leveling in a group, farming for items etc etc.

But with max ~70 people on (with merchants) its hard to find someone on the fly to level - like back in the days.

i introduce you to Free2Play.Asia ! the new fresh server open from 1 August 2015. until now we still have 50 - 70 players peaks, no bot, no dual client. our server is based on official setup !

im currently playing on aeva-ro, everything you mentioned above suits them well.

donation items = only costumes, godly items are disabled, rates are 7/7/3, pre-renewal 99/70 and so on, but i dont have any idea wheres the hosting location haha
