I don't care about lvls and rates. If it doesn't have 3rd jobs, and and a decent population, with a good WoE, and some customization I will give it a try. Also I would like it to have an exp boost if leveling in a party. e.g... 40% more exp per person or somthing.

About us:

We opened TitanRo in Oct'11 and we have like 75-100 active people on WoE Days. Our community is mostly on during the GMT+4/5 - GMT+8 timeszones.
We dont have any custom headgears yet and we probably wont add some. The only custom we offer is our main town "Brasilis" which got a few more NPC's than the original one.
We offer 2 WoE's on Sunday (11:30 am to 12.30 am) and on Thursday (3:00 pm to 4:00pm) - GMT+0.

Oh yeah! Our team is very active (ingame & forums) and we support the following languages: English, German, French, Polish, Hungarian, Tagalog, Finnish and Swedish.
