Looking for a FUN MVP/Party oriented HR/ SUPER HR

I quit my old server today (for good probably :/) and I'm looking for a HR/ SUPER HR that's party/ MVP oriented.
Must have:
-> access to an MVP room or bloody branches
-> some interesting shops (my old serv had NO good vendors online.)
-> a decent population if possible, but I'm willing to make compromises on that one
-> helpful npcs (warper, @warp if possible, heal, boost, etc)
-> fields like d. gorge unlocked and available
-> an UPDATED client (i want to see bifrost and all the new monsters)
-> if possible (not necessary, but would be appreciated) NON renewal

Don't care about:
-> donations
-> WOE
-> PVP

I'd say try LimitRO Nova

It has no BB's but MVP respawn is instant and mvp card drop is 0.01% I believe.
But it's a PK server and has renewal + renewal classes (3rd jobs)

Soory, BB's or a MVP room is a must for me purely for time reasons. I'm very busy atm, that's why I gave up on midrates. Thanks anyway!

Most high rates are not very pvm/mvp oriented. Simply because you don't really have to kill much to get what you want = not much pvm activity.
