Looking for a fresh new FULL RENEWAL server

We have around 8 people here looking for a newly open (less than one month) or going to open soon (even until February 2012) with the following features:
1. mid-to-high rate - base exp 300-500x, job exp 300-500x, drop rate 100-200x (rates can be higher)
2. must have 3rd job with max base level 150 and job level 50, max stat 120. (slight deviation is acceptable)
3. Active and dedicated GMs
4. Available npcs - healer, job changer, platinum skill, decarder, skill and stat resetter, town warper, dungeon warper, field warper (the most important is dungeon and field warper must be able to warp to different level)
5. Available commands - @go, other doesn't matter
6. MUST be full renewal meaning the atk,matk,def,mdef,aspd and so so so on must be all with renewal mechanics and also the renewal mobs and maps.
7. 3rd job skills must work properly with the real renewal formula.
8. NO overpowered donation items.
9. with or without custom headgear doesn't matter at all.

2. must have 3rd job with max base level 150 and job level 50, max stat 120. (slight deviation is acceptable) 255/120, 3rd jobs and Death Knight & Extended Super Novice implemented.
3. Active and dedicated GMs check, professional GMs.
4. Available npcs - healer, job changer, platinum skill, decarder, skill and stat resetter, town warper, dungeon warper, field warper (the most important is dungeon and field warper must be able to warp to different level) CHECK, we also have @manager that lets you access those without the npc.
