Looking for a BG server or server where BG is active

Given that insta 99 level servs are apparently non-existent, or suck, I'll look for a BG server or BG-active server instead.
I don't have that many requirements as I've already planned my Sin X ahead of time to adapt to the potentially horribly low-tier equips I'll have to use. :p
I need katars like Brave Carnage Katar to be available + Medal of Honor. I don't care for KVM, I've never used KVM Katar. I'd be better, but if it's not there, that's fine.
I need converters and poison bottles to be available via the BG NPC.
It'd be a bonus if low-tier equips or cards were available through BG, but I don't mind farming ED or Marc if I have to.

RATES:
Need to be above 300 base and LOW MVP/ mini boss card drop.
I have no patience to level, and no time.
The fewer customs the better, same for donations.

Perhaps you would like to look at Nemain RO. 

Rates:
Our normal experience rates are a bit low for you however, they are currently raised for a celebration. Honestly, I think you could easily get a character to 99/70 in an hour or two, less if you had a bit of help.

Exp Rates: 150/150/50  (currently 300/300/100)
Normal Cards: 1% (currently 2%)
MvP Cards 0.01%  (no raise for celebration)

Battle Grounds:
Our BG has the eAmod and is running on an automated rotation between Conquest, Rush, Domination and Stone Control. With only six players to start a round it is active most of the time.  All styles of BG give all three types of Badges.

BG Equips and Supplier:
We have the standard BG Equip NPC with all of the normal BG Equips available.  In addition we have Telma, our BG supplier.  Telma has universal, BG Only, and WoE Only supplies.  Both Poison Bottles and Converters are available from Telma.

Customs and Donations:
There are many Items available in game that are not normally. However I do not find any of them to be OP/game breaking.

I'll probably check out your server because the BG only supplies cost exactly the same as they did in CavaleRO. As I'm not a big poison bottle guzzler (according to the old rankings, I use far less poison bottles than other Sin Xes for some reason, maybe it's bad :p) I can do with 10 poison bottles= 1 badge.
The drop rate of cards is a bit low for me but MVP is perfect. It's a shame that LBH (attack) can't be obtained thru a quest that doesn't require MVP items.
I guess your server has 3rd jobs, I know nothing about Guillotine Cross (only ever played Sin X) but I'll try.

The LBH (atk) can be gotten through the normal Sealed Shrine quest.

And no, sorry, we do NOT have 3rd jobs.  We only go as far as 2-2 max level of 99/70.

Don't know if that's considered a double post but I can't edit the last one for some reason so sorry about that. :/
Anyway, I tried NemainRO for about 10 minutes and left. A server who has 50 people online, including at least 10 AFK/ vendors can't run BG properly in my opinion. BG was running but with like 5 people, and I'm pretty sure conquest lasted 1 hour because of that.
It's gotten to the point where I'm desperate to play on a server where there are either PVP teams or BG teams, or something similar. Not interested in WOE though because I can't sacrifice 2 hours every weekend to WOE.

Rates must absolutely be 300 and over, drop rates of MVP cards must be extremely low (0.10% and less)
I don't care about renewal (or non-renewal) and pretty much anything else. I mean there must be a server somewhere that I can play on, right? Right? :p

First, we would like to thank you for giving Nemain RO a try. Sorry to hear that at the time you were there was during a low time. 

Second, if Conquest literally lasted an hour while you were there please let me know.  It would mean that we have a bug someplace. The timers are limited to 6 minutes per structure: Guardian Stone 1, Guardian Stone 2, First Barricades, Second Barricades, Third Barricades and Emperium.  The total time even if every structure was broken in the last second should be no more than 36 minutes.

That's fine. I didn't stay till the end of the BG, probably around 30 minutes though. I think you should check out the BG npc just to be sure though.
UPDATE:
NO renewal please. I've been studying renewal mechanics and Sin X on renewal stuff, and I hate it. I've been playing the same old game for close to 10 years now, and I really want it to stay that way, at least until I quit and come back again.
Is there any good HR or SHR out there that doesn't have renewal? DreamerRO seemed promising until I logged on and didn't recognize RO at all. What's up wit dat?
