I want a server with atleast like 30-100 people or more doesnt matter atleast 30.   .01 MvP card drop rate and mini boss if possible. and card drop rates around 1% ! Other than that just a fun server with nice people! Oh and yeah NO wings or Weird custom helms that do mad +Stats OH ! 99/70 only !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!****

Rates: 100/100/50 (can float to 150/150/50)
Normal Cards: 75x
Boss Cards: 1-10x (.01-.10% (pending which MVP/Mini-Boss))
Population: 100+ at all times, peaking at ~200 with <25 vendors

haha i played on that server. my IGN was ZebraSmashPunyHumans. I didnt like how many GR's and MvP cards were on that server.

You should take a look at Nemain RO!  We are averaging between 69-120 players, depending on the time of day and what is going on.
MvP card drop rate is 0.01%
Normal card drop rate is 1%
