I'm Kinda Looking for a revo-classic server with atleast mediocore exp/drop rates probably atleast x10 on both exp and drop rate

Perhaps a bit too low rates for your liking though - 5x base/job, and 3x drops. boss/MVP cards are 0.01%, although I'm pretty sure 98% of low rate servers are like that.
TitanRO (http://titanro.net/)might be the server for you. MVP/Mini cards are 1x like you specified. Only the normal exp is half of what you listed at only 5x. The server does have bounty boards and spotlight maps to increase the incoming exp though.
