Joblvl 100-120 (no exceptions)
MVP/Normal drop rates, i dont care
Population 30-100+ on avergae without autotraders
Donations YES love em (unless they give unessary skills or are op like stats+30 gtfo with that crap haha)
PVP please have an active pvp ro's no fun when u get all geared and no one pvps
Guild Competion must have 4+ guilds competing for woe
