Hello, I've been server hopping for the past couple weeks now, and I couldn't seem to find any of them fitting to stick around for various reasons. I'm hoping someone could lend a hand in guiding me to one that's worth investing time in,  thank you in advance. The things I'm looking for are:

-English server, please.
-Rates: The exact number doesn't matter, as long as it's mid rate and above.
-Preferably have working third jobs, but is not required.
-BLevels:150-999
-JLevels: 100+
-Aspd: 190+
-Has decent population of at least 60+ (vendors do not count).
-Frequent events, preferably GM-hosted over automatic.
-Active and friendly community as well as staff.
-I'm not big on pvp so preferably not a PK-dedicated server.
-Has a wide selection of custom items (headgears, wings, rings, etc.) that aren't too hard to obtain in game.
-No game-breaking donation items, or big reliance on donations to get items.
-Commands like @go, @warp, and @storage would be loved.

Thanks for the reply, gengokou. However, I have to apologize since I actually have tried Brightside a couple weeks before, and didn't find the community fitting for me so I moved on. I'm currently trying out another server so there's no urgent need for more replies, but any recommendations in the future will always be welcomed.

- The server is exactly one week old. The population is currently 30-40ish as of now.
- So far one GM has hosted a hide and seek, and a "farming madness" event is going on for this weekend. Automated events are implented as well.
- Theirs pvp but lots of things for us non-pvpers to do Too many things to list so i'll just keep going on what u want exactly ;3 lol
- Custom items/headgears but no wings. Some headgears are harder to get then others. It depends on if its a quest, recipe, ect..
- No donations right now but the gms are discussing it
- Lots of commands including the ones you listed !

- They have "English Only Main Towns", which they have their Police to make sure that such rule isn't broken.
- Rates: 150x/150x/Custom
- Third Jobs are continuously being scaled with Official.
- Base & Job Levels: 99/50, 99/70, 150/70 (Third)
- Aspd: 190 for Non Thirds, 193 for Thirds
- Players are 200~300+ without vendors (around US Time, hits about 500+ at peak hours of GMT+8)
- Events are done in their Forums & in-game. There are the automatic ones every hour or so, but they have decent Staff members who host the Events when they're on.
- Active and Friendly Community as well as Staff. If there are any Staff on, you may reach them via @request.
- Definitely not a PK Server.
- They have some Custom items, but most of it is taken from Official. There's various quests to obtain them.
- Donation items are kept balanced and there's no extra in-game commands for Donators.
- @go, @storage, @gstorage, @at, @autoloot and more are available for everyone.
