Title: L> servers opening in late June or early july

I'm going to have a lot of spare time. No existing servers and no shr. I want drop rates lower than 100 but if it's hr, then mvp card rate lower than 5.1%. I want to see what is opening in June/July as I have spare time.

There's a low-rate coming in June/July. Should be the right thing for someone with a lot of spare time!
