So im tired of playing the same old trans classes but i also dont want to go to a super high rate server with 3rd classes.
Id VERY VERY VERY much prefer a BRAND NEW server thats in the days to a couple weeks old. Wanna be there from the start cuz i plan on staying for awhile and helping it grow.

Hmm, so you want the server to have 25x to 100x exp rate, but the drop rate has to be 1x?

Royale-RO Low rate server with a rates of 7x/7x/3x our max level is 99/50 and we dont have trans class or 3rd job here, only 2nd job.

It doesn't HAVE to be 1x I just rather the item drop rate be very low. And 3rd class is a must as I want to try something new

Hmm in that case I see your best options probably are CookieRO (15/15/10) and XecutiveRO (3/3/3~5/5/3). Keep in mind that they are renewal so leveling is generally faster than pre-renewal, so it should be fine if you come from a pre-renewal server.
