I'm looking for a low rate server with autoloot off. Rates don't matter as long as the drop rates are x10 or lower (preferred lower).
but autoloot off is a must. I think autoloot really ruins the excitement you get when finding something rare. /pif
Why don't you just turn off autoloot on any server there is?
If you don't want to play with autoloot just turn it off. Noone is forcing you to play with it.

Are you good in renewal server?
Check Midgard Ragnarok (https://playmidgard.net)! It does't have autoloot/go/warp commands.
Server Rates are: 5x-5x-3x (Weekdays) while 10x-10x-3x (Weekends)
P.S. Currently the server is in CBT period but almost done.
