I'm looking for a server with the following. Stuff that is a must is bolded; everything else is wants but more bonuses than anything.

^ Kinda sounds like Elaria Woon Reloaded. Sadly I had to take the server down end of may.

Actually I did play Elaria Woon Reloaded! Really sad to see it go
That's why I'm having to search again.
Lemme know if you start another server at some point because y'all really did a good job for the short time it was around and it's a shame nobody really appreciated that.

Also I'm thinking about joining True Story RO; it's really shaping up nicely. Not too many players rn but hopefully it will grow.

I am still open to suggestions however.
