LF> server NOT RUN BY FILLIPINOS

I'm looking for a server that is not run by Filipinos or has them as a GM or staff member. Pinoys make TERRIBLE server owners and GM's and its a major nono.

Requirements

• No Filipinos as staff members or as the server owner
  No third jobs
  No gold room
  No mvp room
  No wings
  No god items
  Server must be American/Canadian or British English based
  Server must have active GM's
  Server must have a staff of atleast 2
  Server must be new as of Feb.15 2013 or later anything that is made before that will NOT be considered AT ALL
  No cards in the donations
  Boss card drop rate must be .05% or lower NO EXCEPTIONS!
  

The rates do not matter
The population does not matter as long as they are not Vendor based
Future upcoming servers may be considered so you may post them.


If your server does not meet these requirements do not post it lol.[/list]

There are quite many servers that fit your requirements, the one I'm waiting for (PureRO) seems to match perfectly for example:

No Filipinos as staff members or as the server owner <--- Admins are from the US, staff members America/Europe (I don't know where all of them are from though)
No third jobs <--- Yes
No gold room <--- I'd say yes, but not really sure what a gold room is (is that some high rate server thing? because I'm low rate only)
No mvp room <--- Yes (unless players define one themselves and use bloody branches)
No wings <--- Yes, only official headgears of any kind
No god items <--- Yes
Server must be American/Canadian or British English based <--- Yes
Server must have active GM's <--- Yes (server didn't open yet, though)
Server must have a staff of atleast 2 <--- Yes, 7 staff members (2 admins)
Server must be new as of Feb.15 2013 or later anything that is made before that will NOT be considered AT ALL <--- Will launch March 23rd
No cards in the donations <--- Yes, fully balanced donations
Boss card drop rate must be .05% or lower NO EXCEPTIONS! <--- 0.01% drop rate on all MVP cards as well as critical miniboss cards (GR, MP, etc.), but for example normal mobs with boss mode will still drop the cards at 5x (0.10%)

Rates are 8/8/5.

As for the other two replies, they have been deleted: I would not play ImaginaryRO if you payed me 1 million dollars, that piece of trash server is LiberationRO they just renamed it. The other topic reply had no add on to this topic and was just a troll post lol...
