LF> Renewal Server

Looking for a server that has the following:
1) Renewal - 3rd Job
2) level cap at 175/60 or 50
3) Exp rates at 100/100 or above
4) Drop rates doesn't matter
5) NPCs Available - Warper (All Fields, Dungeons, and Instances) , Healer, Stylist/Alt costume , Quest/Hat/Costume NPC
6) @commands - go, storage, autoloot - percent, id, type.

I don't want servers that have
1) MVP Rooms, MVP card seller (if MVP respawn time is customized - ITS OK!)
2) VIP Status
3) OP Donates / Mall for Donators
4) @warp command

I would like a server that returns hard work and not hard earned cash.
Please suggest as long as it doesn't have these four donts.

We dont have MVP Rooms, MVP Card Seller
VIP Status only increase 50% exp/drop and storage and char slot , Cash Point can be obtainable ingame to buy the vip
NO Mall for Donators , All donations is costume and donate from the hearts not the item.
no @warp command

Everything can be get by hardwork and farm~ We have custom as RAIDS , Ranked Arena , and Dungeon Gate.
