I've been away for RO for almost 3 years now. I started to play a little last week.  A friend ask me to try Phoenix-RO which he guarantee's me that I would felt like god-old-time RO. Well, I really do feel it was like the old RO I use to like. However, one thing that hinders me to play it is that I don't speak their language (thai).


So, I'm looking for:

Low Rate classic server
(no customs if possible)
Episode 10 below
Exp/Drop rate doesn't really matter much
Language English (very important)

If finding a classic server becomes to challenging, I welcome you to expect our new low rate server, eo-RO, opening May 10, 2013. It'll be a 5x/5x/3x server with an English speaking staff. We're hoping to make it very much like official servers.
