Hihii I'm looking for a new english high rate server with a nice community to play on.  I'm big on pvp.  No specific mvp cards or drop rates.  max lvl 255+ and max attack speed 195.  the population does not matter to me but i would prefer, i guess like 100ish+ people on but i will do low too.  Custom weapons and stuff are fine.  Just trying to get back into the game on a new server so i dont feel so far behind the rest of the players

I'd like to tell you a little about iHeart-RO and extend an invitation to you.

We are a newly opened (As of Nov 1, 2011) HR server.  Our rates are 5k/5k/3k and MVP cards drop at 5% and common cards are at 10%.
Our population is growing and we cap around 55-65 (doesn't include vendors) as of right now.  We are growing rapidly for such a short time online.
We have customized PVP and we work hard to strive to balance things.  We rely a lot on community input and feedback (Meaning your suggestions and opinions are heard.)
We have a ton of custom items, pets, main town, etc.  Balanced donations (Donations will soon be obtainable in game by voting/events).
We have dedicated and friendly staff who are available at most times of the day and night to help you and keep you entertained.
There are automated events (Every 2 hours) and GM hosted events.
We have professional developers and scripters.  Our lead developer is also a developer for rAthena so he's on top of all the cool stuff
