So I'm looking for a server that has these features :

- Rates around 150x - 1000x
- Non-renewal
- Max Level 99/70 Trans, 150/50(70) Third
- Strictly English Language (punishment upon non-English chat on purpose) and active Forum (at least I see social people outside game)
- Lots of custom headgear quests that doesn't take very long time to finish (preferably decent quests + solo-able)
- Not broken economy (market price is decent, not some broken OP price for useless stuff)

Any other custom features you want to offer, you might as well post them here or PM me if you have more details.

So I'm looking for a server that has these features :
- Rates at LEAST 150x would be cute. Max Level 99/70 trans
~> 150x/150x/Custom. Max levels are 99/70 for Trans and 150/70 for Thirds.
- Preferably ones that goes kawaii <3 and questing for it (but not a long donkey quests that could take weeks to finish).
~> There's a lot of quests in-game for headgears and if you join soon you might be able to get some Halloween ones before they're removed (seasonal).
- Non-renewal
~> They use Pre-Renewal mechanics.
- 3rd job is k (around LV150 maxlevel)

- INTERNATIONAL (k don't throw me to a server in which the main town is full of tagalog speaking people)
~> There's 3 Main Towns in the Server: Prontera, Brasilis, and Mall which are all English Only Towns.

and.. I've been wondering if there's a server that has working Oboro/Kagerou class? if yes, I'd love to try and you can ignore those requirements <3

Le Costums or Headgears oui has hat maker and some small other quests also for hats but they're longer and harder. e.g. Alice Hat & Vane Hairpin
Le Economy it's the normal one where some players will op but generally good
Le other costums we has mining, and fishing :3, implementing non-trans woe this friday for saturday, 1 woe se castle sunday, 2 woe fe castles open on tuesday & saturday
Le Population+80~90 stable without woe on
