Rates: 50/50/x ~ any - I don't really mind. I just don't want to waste my time leveling one character. I don't have patience, lol.
Level Cap: As before, I don't mind. I just don't want to waste my time leveling one character.
Third Jobs: Not fussed. I need a change anyways.
Donations: I don't care. I'll work my way to get one if I have to.

In your case I can only offer you LimitRO Renewal, Metro doesn't have your 200 population yet, only 80~90 average everyday.

-LimitRO Renewal has 450~600 players and 600+ during woe.
-Donations might be a bit op, depends on the users view.
-3rd jobs and balanced classes is a hard thing to have in 1, it really depends on the users point of view really. Although it is true some classes are still outbalanced.
-Market, is existant and amongst the normal sellers you'll also always find some op dealer but it's a normal stable market.
-If you find a GM online they are friendly and do events.
-WoE is very active.
-PvP is very active as well
-Level cap due to 3rd jobs having increased levels the level cap is 150/50
-Rates are 100x/100x/25x
-Features like Endless tower and so on all exist.
-LimitRO Renewal tries to be the closest possible thing to kRO main servers, just in english.

Rates: 50/50/x ~ any - I don't really mind. I just don't want to waste my time leveling one character. I don't have patience, lol.  10k/10k, we are a HR.
Level Cap: As before, I don't mind. I just don't want to waste my time leveling one character.  255/120
Third Jobs: Not fussed. I need a change anyways.  Optional, if you want to try 3rd classes you can be 3rd job, but their skills are disabled from woe for balancing purposes. We also have Death Knight and Extended Super Novice classes implemented in our server.
Donations: I don't care. I'll work my way to get one if I have to.  Obtainable in game.
