LF> Mid Rate or Higher Pre-Renewal Server (No 3rd Job).

I'm looking for a mid rate pre-renewal server (no 3rd job).

Some requirements are:

  Rates - Mid or Higher.
  
• 
  Max Level - Any.
  
• 
  Location - I am from Australia but i think i've played on US servers before without any noticeable delays.
  
• 
  Languange - English.
  
• 
  @warp - I do not have alot of time to play and so i'd prefer it if this was a feature.
  
• 
  Active WoE/PvP - I'm interested in getting back into PvP and WoE.
  
• 
  Custom Items - It doesn't need to have custom items but if it does i'd prefer it if it was not pay to win.
  

I can't really think of anything else at the moment but i will update this if i come up with anything.

Edit1: I just tried DreamerRO and im not really feeling it. There are custom items which you can either get from donating or grinding zeny to buy off other players but even then i have no idea what the custom items do. I was thinking of trying Forsaken-RO next and was wondering what peoples opinions were. Also i installed the DreamerRo full installer and was wondering if i could try other servers using this installation.

Edit2: I am also interested in a HR/SHR server thats more PvP oriented similar to ToSeeBeyondRO (~2010 server), where you can basically buy all normal items/cards/equips + decent custom items from a mall but they also have better customs that can be gotten through events or quests.

I think we met a few times already :> You should totally check out Elaria Woon Reloaded if you haven't.
It's a 99/70 pre-renewal server with 75x75x25x | 50x normal cards rates. Location is flexible, we have proxies in US, EU and an optimized connection for PH players.

We have however also already added more onto it.
We have a handful of custom items and a lot of costume items, not pay to win at all since you can get anything you need without donating.
