LF> Low rate server/Pre-Renewal/Trans 99/70

Hi everybody. I'm currently looking for a low-rate server!
I've been doing this for a long time, so my standards might be a bit high.

What I'm looking for:

• Must be pre-renewal
• Close to opening or new (no more than 2-3 months old. I want to be able to catch up)
• I can dual client
• Rates can't be higher than 25x
• Trans classes or none is OK too
• Max level 99/70
• Max stats 99, max ASPD 190, IC 150
• Low on MVP cards or none
• NPCs: Healer, warper, job changer, stylist, stat/skill resetter
• Can have custom stuff. No wings allowed
• Cash shop is fine as long as it's fair
• Optional: Active BG/WoE. I know this might not be possible in a new server
• Friendly community. I can handle a few bad apples here and there
• Active and helpful staff
• Events are always good
• No botting allowed

I'm playing on a rather lame connection. If your website is bloated with "pretty" things and it takes forever to open, I will not bother.
If you can't get your own domain, don't bother posting.
No pinoy servers, because they turn out so well...

I be play this server from opening,and early only 190-220 only player then player grow until now usually around 300+ player then peak around 350400++ at night

make i stay to play here because donation system are 99% item based on RMS description like and no reduce demi human sold by donation npc or cashpoint... player can beat donator if know how to play and got Headgear quest i can pretty say not to hard or easy..

    Cash shop is fine as long as it's fair - its really very fair and there are also other ways of getting it in-game.
    Optional: Active BG/WoE. I know this might not be possible in a new server - yes we have and we are really looking for players like you.
    Friendly community. I can handle a few bad apples here and there - one of the best coomunity, just come once and you will never feel like leaving.
    Active and helpful staff - we are active always.
    Events are always good - every 2 hours events + GM held GM's
    No botting allowed - he use one of the best shields we do ahve gepard as well so no botting at all.

we have all 3 platforms - ROBrowser from which you can play from Browsers like Firefox, Chrome.
Android Client - play from your mobile form anywhere.
and normal PC Client.

More than you looking for some server,.. we are looking players like you.
