LF> Low rate pre-re 99/70

Hi guys! I'm looking for a pre-re low rate server to play with some friends, could you help me out?

I would prefer rates between x10 and x20, but it's ok for lower rates if there are really cool features in the server, like quests for hats.

Want
Renewal maps and itens
Access to hats (Would really like if they could be obtained via quests, but any non-cash way is okay)
Costume hats
Reset NPC (either paid or not)

Don't want
I've played some servers but here are the problems that made me go away, so I don't want any of these features:
TalonRO: Lots of custom cards (sting, gargoyle, stem...) and asura nerf
CarrotRO: Buffer + advanced warper (a simple warper to dungeons F1 is ok), the custom quest rewards also make it too easy
EinherjarRO: Advanced warper

Basically, I want a balanced server where I can spend time with friends without the feeling of being too easy when compared to old times and I also want to collect hats!

Sorry, we go back old school with the server. But the server contains many custom maps and quests for your enjoyment.

We have hats, dropped by mobs at a 0.50% rate. By specific mobs. Test your luck there are a lot of headgear to collect.

Costume hats
Our events will offer you costume hats, sure. If anything it could be a drop in "Knights of the blood"

Custom Cards:  Nope.
Buffer: It really depends which side you're on. If you choose renegade mode, there wont be a Buffer/Healer.
Advanced Warper: We have it.. just not used due to the fact there's other options. (That poor warpers never used)

We dont have too much custom that alters the game environment so players will have a nostalgic feel. You wont see any buffer or warper but we're fine with custom content that is only there for aesthetics purposes.

Costumes and hat quests? We got it.
Reset NPC is free initially and prices increase on repeated use.

We have renewal map but we might only use or for events and such but otherwise players wont have access to them as it should be in Episode 13.2
We will use most of the renewal hats though but they would be statless or just be converted into costume items.

Do your server (both of you) have quests for the traditionally cash obtainable hats? And maybe an NPC to turn those hats in costumes with no stats (just curious, I really love collecting hats).

we'll have costumer maker for sure since we cannot manually make every hat into costume. The usual cash obtainables like g.scarf, angel of ghost, darkness helm, etc will be available as statless costumes and/or questable statless.

We wish to provide a much more close to official experience and encourage party leveling.

If only my server had a costume tab "Sad Face" - But yeah, some hats are found VIA Shop. or by Mobs. Other hats are given out as prizes in events.

If you really like collecting hats, try doing the Gods Challenge. They all drop hats.
