LF> Low or Mid-rate pre-renewal server with active battlegrounds

Hey guys, are there any servers that are on pre-renewal (OR no 3rd jobs) and have an active battlegrounds going on daily? Looking for that PvP, maybe WoE action.

Would like something as close to standard as possible: 99/70, no unbalanced donations, rates anywhere from 1x-100x (rates flexible). Population can be anything, as long as people are actively playing in battlegrounds.

Prefer a server that is already up and running or coming out soon with a strong base. Not sure if it exists... if not, I will probably be going back to NovaRO.

Also, please don't suggest TalonRO as I am not interested in that server. Thanks for any help!

Population: confirmed 50+ including an entire guild

this server has active BG. 28vs28 (maximum).
unfortunately they dont have forum or discord.
