Server is fairly new. Opened in the 2nd week of november.
Even though its not over 150 rates as you requested, it is still fairly easy to level because we also have Floating rates which means that the rates are increased at random times of the day.
As for Battlegrounds, there is currently a poll on our forums regarding battlegrounds. The amount of players and if there should be custom consumables that the badge exchanger gives. Your more then welcome to cast your vote and put your 2 cents if you do decide to play DivinityRO
