high population - this is kinda relative, but this server definitely has higher population than my previous server

no OP donation - all donate items' advantage is for look and convenience only, donation headgear provide the same effect as non-donate headgear (quest-able and available at the zenny and poring NPC, among other shops)

no third job - this is a pre-renewal server, so 3rd jobs will never be added

stable server - been running for more than 3 years without a single wipe or rollback (my favorite feature)

You should check EstlandRO Mid-High Rate server.

Server Population:
400 ~ 700 active live players (1000+ with merchants)
We have a good online even at night, because our server is International.

Donation:
Standard for Mid-Rate, but you can farm Zeny to Buy Cash Points from other players.
It is very easy on our server. On our forum you will find a lot of tutorials.
