Max 2 months old server
Active BG
Warper (towns and dungeons 1st floor + fields, expect mvp maps)
0.01% mvp card drop

I just started to play on CapeRO last night. 99/70 pre-renewal and the rates are.20/20/10. It opened two days ago.
