Hello Goliath, Darkside-RO opens its doors last May 14 2017 and regarding to your criteria let me give you a specific answer.

choice A
high rate - Yes our rates are 5k/5k/2k. 1000x droprate for normal cards whille 500x for miniboss and MVP cards.
pre renewal - Our server is currently using ep 13.2 and we use pre-renewal settings.
high population - Since our server is new our population is not that high but our daily average population is around 150 all legit people.
no OP donate item - Since the server is new, everyone will start from scratch so there's no OP item right now.
2k/2k/1.5k  (preferable)
