without kiel card/or kiel card is nerfed~

newly open/a month old server~

90% of high rates are customized or highly customized, with mostly winged donates or a lot at least..
is gold room even still in?
and I've never heard of a server nerfing kiel, just gtb..
especially with the req, newly opened/month old..

Kiel's aren't really nerfed.. Only Golden Thief Bugs are nerfed.

What the above people say is pretty much true, no one nerfs Kiel.  Sometimes Thanatos and almost always GTB...

But Most of the other things you're looking for .. My server offers.

without kiel card/or kiel card is nerfed~  Only nerf on cards is GTB is reduced to 80%

Btw.. our rates are 5k/5k/3k  MVP Cards drop at 5%, and Common cards drop at 10%

no Custom weapons >.< we have some custom weapons but they arent op, old school ro still applies.
no OP Donate/ or prefer no donates~ all donation items are balanced and also available in game
with gold room no gold room, making zeny is easy enough thru farming mobs and getting gold

without kiel card/or kiel card is nerfed~ kiel card is nerfed to where only 2 kiel cards stack

newly open/a month old server~ fairly new server about 4months old
