I'm looking for a 99/70 pre-renwal server with a lively PvP scene and with the following:
1. MVP cards readily available (GR, AR, GTB, Devi, Garm, Stormy Knight, TGen, Phreeoni, etc.) -- I don't mind if Lhz MVP cards + a couple more (Inca Samurai, Thanatos) are not available. By readily available meaning everyone can have it (either high drop rate for everything, or can be bought from NPC for a decent price, or free)
2. Gears also easily obtainable, like elem katars, some ep10+ gear, etc.
3. PvP supplies for free or readily available (speed pots, mastelas, slims, blue pots, EDP bottles, bombs, etc.)
I played a server like this about a decade ago and it was a blast! PvP room always had 50+ people and sometimes would even reach the full 110+ capacity
50+ in PvP?.. OMG.. surely 1 of those 50 people made a PvP video? link plz

I havent tried this server again, but from what I know it now has 3rd jobs. This also incentivized PvP by having killed players drop skulls with their character's name on it, and you can sell it to NPC for around 100k zeny each
