LF> 3rd Job Renewal. 170/50 to 75 High to Super High rates

Yo Guys.. So i was looking for 99/70 servers.
but since i didnt like them because of reasons (low xp/jxp multipliers and 1 month servers),
Im gonna look for 3rd job servers now..

What im looking for..

1) Max Base Level = 175
2) Max Job Level = around 50 to 75
3) Exp/Jexp rates = above 300 to instant level
4) Item/Card Rates =

Normal equips/consumables/etc > 50%
Normal cards > 20%

Mini boss equips/consumables/etc > 30%
Mini boss card = Either default / < 1% / or disabled

MVP equips/consumables/etc > 20%
MVP card = Either default / < 1% / or disabled

5) NPC = Warper, Healers, Card Remover, Platinum skills, Hat/Costume Maker
6) Quest Dungeons = all are unlocked/accessible through warper
7) Instances = are accessible through warper
Custom= as long as it is balanced.


Now for the donts...

1) Higher Base/Job level than stated above
2) No MVP Warpers
3) No OP Donates (card/equips/costume)

I've tried to find those as well but I found out it's quite hard to find a server like this. Renewal servers are based solely on PvE and when you remove most of it, you'll end up with WoE/BG/PvP.

On the past years, I've noticed that RE players aren't really into WoE, that's why a server like nova (1k~2k pop) has like three 20-people guilds woeing. So yea, I don't think this configuration would work. I've seen Instant RE servers but they're over in like, 2 months due to the lack of players.
