Seeking for Midrate 99/70 Server x100~x150 rates

Hi, i would like to know if there's a new or old server that have this rates?
and have Warper w/ all dungeon, Healer npc, no to autotrade vendors just to make many player online.

you wont find a server with no autotrade vendors though, that's just not possible

Hi! You can check out our newly opened server BrandedRO.

It is a 99/70 server with no OP customs or donates. MVP/MINI cards are also disabled .
We are one of those servers that doesn't have autotrade and @afk.
We do have a healer and warper but the warper only sends you to the first level. We just opened March 10 and are looking for players.
