Hey bro. I'm cordially inviting you to iHeartRO.

It's a HR server at 5k/5k/3k with a 10% card drop for normal mobs and 5% for MVPs. The base and job lvl are at 255/120 and max stats are 255. And yes we have no 3rd jobs in it. Personally 3rd jobs screw servers up at times.

About the population, we're still growing as it is a new server. We reach around 35+ players on good days and avarage at 20 - 25 people on normal days.

As for customs, we don't have custom weapons. No worries. Donates are comparable to quested equips as most of them have the same stats and effects. Most of the custom equips are for show and make your sprite cute and all. No biggie. So you don't have to worry about OP donates and all cause most of the stuff are pretty much different in appearance but similar stat/effect-wise.

We will be having out 1 month anniversary on the 1st of December.

Hello. i read your post and thought you might be interested in Woon Reloaded since we meet most of your requirements.

A new server started on the 8th of November.
