LF: Midrate, High Pop, Few Customs

Looking for a server that can meet a few basic criteria that can be adjusted reasonably, if needed. In order of importance:

-Rates between 20-50x (Can negotiate with 10x-75x)
-High Population (300+)
-No wings, etc. Preferably no 'out of place' custom maps.
-Low availability of reagents (NPCs that give out EDP, Acid Bombs, and elemental arrows like candy)
-Can be Trans or Renewal+. Preferably Trans, however.

-High Population (300+) well, its population is about 200 during day and up to 250 for woe...but growing
-No wings, etc. Preferably no 'out of place' custom maps. nothing of this
-Low availability of reagents (NPCs that give out EDP, Acid Bombs, and elemental arrows like candy) Supplies are available via BG, so its active every day and u can get ur woe mats from bg (No supplies for PvM)
-Can be Trans or Renewal+. Preferably Trans, however. renewal client with rebirth

NeuRO, being a BG/WoE, pops out reagents pretty badly, though. People easily amass thousands from EDP / AD for WoE from what I've heard :x since they don't "have time" to hunt for them, it's an easy alternative.

NetRO has everything except the population. It recently opened (August 21st, 2011) and averages 85, capping at 150.

20/20/10, 5x Cards, 1x MVP Cards. 99/70, Max Stat: 99, No Thirds.

No Wings. No Custom Items. No Custom Maps. May have custom quests in the future.

As for reagents, WoE hasn't even started yet (see: First WoE September 24th, [Saturday]) and pretty sure BG hasn't even been modified from its original script. Might have to ask to reclarify, though.

No Renewal Mechanics. We have the client, though, as all servers should :x
