Mr/HR, with all perfectly-working 3rd jobs and almost all renewal content and especially with NO "or reborn class or 3rd class. must be "and") Prefer renewal with pre-renewal mechanics including pre-renewal drop system
normal cards: ~~5% (can be up to 100%)
mvp cards: ~~1% (up to 10%)
max base lvl: 250+ (prefer 300+)
max job lvl: 90+
max stat: 200+
max aspd: up to 194-196 (no higher)
NO pay to win (no overpowered donations and they should be obtainable via quests/farming)
things that i prefer to be:
Healer/Buffer
Job Changer
Warper (or working @go and @warp)
Skill Resetter (may cost high, don't care)
working commands: @storage, @autoloot (also @alootid)

We're a renewal 255/60 high rate server which has opened on july 22nd 2018.
We currently don't have a really big community, so we'd be glad if you came along and check us out!
Our server should be able to offer mostly everything you're looking for, we have 650x exp rates, 1% Normal & MvP Card drop. We also have many different custom headgears and quests for many of those headgears.
We're a renewal server with pre-re exp and drop system.
Leveling is easy and quick since we're more in the high rates instead of mid rates if that's not to big of a problem for you.
