I've been playing RO on and off for years. Here are my requirements:
MUST HAVES: (don't post your server if you don't have this)

Job changer
Resetter (if it's expensive, that's fine)
Warper (at least lvl 1 dungeons + towns)
50+ people online at all times
autotrade (I need to sleep, and vending is important to me)
WOULD LIKES:
Battlegrounds
Dungeon warper to all the levels of a dungeon
free resetter
nice party exp bonuses (+25% per party member or something like that)
no WOE or no WOE rewards
no OP donation / no Donations
PVP by level range (or No pvp, don't care)
bloody branches for parties
dead branch dealer
pre-renewal server that's not updated
active, friendly community, MATURE people
NO-NOS:
game-changing features like new dungeons
quests that aren't explained well (if there are custom quests, I want to be able to do them by reading the instructions somewhere)

I play heRO server, been here 6 months and its been running 6 years.
Its a low rate server 5x 5x 3x
Max level is 99/70 with Rebirth
No third jobs.
MUST HAVES:
Autoloot and @autoloot <>% command
Level based resetter (free till level 40, more costly at higher levels, trans)
Level 1 dungeon and town warper that requires a single unlock at each save.
50-100 people online at all times excluding @at'ers and sometimes more.
@autotrade or @at(vending on town streets, within 3 cells of npcs gets you jailed)
We do NOT however have a job changer, yr required to do quests as needed.
WOULD LIKES:
Battlegrounds <yes, rewards implemented only recently
No @ all level dungeon warper
No free resetter
default party bonuses :<
We do have WoE but castle chests are derandomized and custom, making it extremely hard to farm godly stuffs, especially since all castles are broken a lot. I gather from this that you are a PvM lover, yr likely to have fun here then, heRO has myriad number of features catering to its mostly PvM crowd.
NO OP donations, donation rewards are random stuff like OBBs, OPBs and (no boss or mini boss) OCAs.
Yea we have PvP D:
public and private DB rooms, Bloody Branches and Dead branches available through a few ways including events. Custom BBs with a few of the more offending MvPs removed.

MATURE? ME? mm maybe.. but yea its pretty active despite RMS's count that includes @at'ers there are a good 50-100 people or more online and GAWD DAMN IT YES THEY ARE FRIENDLY!*BITES*
NO-NOS;
HeRO has tons of customs that make the game BIGGER not smaller(ie you'd want the customs but need all the default stuff too), 99.99% of all custom quest info is available on the wiki and those (very)few that aren't are minor quests and its nice to have a few secrets don't you think? The Wiki is largely made by the community in terms of these minor quests and you are free to add to it, in any case hints are provided and you can always ask the friendly community on main chat :>.
