Hello poop! (lol) You might enjoy WoonRO. I'm not sure if you have already tried it, but as long as you don't mind that we're not a new server I think you would enjoy yourself. We actually have a large mix of new/old players so most people fit in pretty easy.

Specifics:
• Pre-Renewal, transcendent classes, max level 99/70
• 150/150/50, a bit off your requirement
• 150x quest exp
• Normal card drop rate is 50x (0.5%)
• Active BGs at different times of the day, nearly all your materials can be farmed in BG including BG mats, WoE mats, and universal mats.
• Warper to all dungeons and fields
• No custom items
• No godly items
• FBH and GTB is disabled in BG/WoE, the rest are enabled but boss cards are only 0.01% chance so they are very seldom seen.
• Balanced (as far as RO goes) with various classes participating in BG all the time, including a range of support classes and damage classes.
• We did have harmony awhile back I'm pretty sure, but it was more trouble than it was worth.
• Healer with purchasable guild buffs
• Costumes
• 300+ headgear quests in our @go quest.
• Battlegrounds with Conquest, Team Deathmatch, Capture the Flag and Rush.
• Freebies for new players, returning players, and guilds
• Many unique features which help make the game easier to play, including our @restock command which will allow you to restock WoE, BG, or Universal materials directly from your storage once per minute. You can configure it easily with @restockmanage.
• Dual clients are allowed.
• We have our own graymap and RCX which is located here: http://www.woon-ro.com/board/index.php?showforum=159
• RoMedic is allowed everywhere.
• AHK is allowed in WoE only.
