LF > Low rate server (max 10x/10x/10x)

Hi,

I'm looking for a low rate pre-renewal server (european/french) with max rate (10x/10x/10x).
I don't want custom content (only costumes or stylish items) or pay to win items.
I need :
- Warper Town (and dungeon entrance only if you did the quest) 
- Reset stat/skill
- No job changer, no buffer, no platinum skill giver 

I tried OriginsRO but without warpers and reset, I found the game pretty hard and you can't make errors, not cool. 

If you have informations or advices, I'm glad to hear it

Rise of midgard. 5/5/3 rates go up to *8. The best pre-renewal out there to my taste.
