You mentioned 99/70 - if you're willing to work with those rates, we offer 255/120 and we do NOT have 3rd jobs.
The server offers balanced PVP.. if issues arise then player suggestions are key in helping develop more balance to things. [In other words, we listen to what you have to say and respect community opinions]
We do not use Systeminplace but our the server is hosted through 24k and it is located in the USA
We have lots of custom quests, custom pets, custom main town (Heartville), unique event and vote rewards. We have all the cute, cool fluffy stuff if you like that.
Pvp is very active, normally over 1/2 the server is in there. Woe is also active (we have 1 castle open each woe, except on weekends and we open a few more)
There are automated events (Guess the Monster, Poring Punch, Poring Summoner) along with GM hosted events.
There is normally a staff member online at any given time.. all staff are very active and can be found easily in game.
