Here is a list of the most common requirements that could avoid your topic ending in the Junk Yard:

The rates of the server you are looking for.  Specific mvp item or card drop rates. = normal rate or 100x higher / auto respawn mvp
Maximum Level / Job Level / Stats. = whatever
Population range. = as much as possible NEW or a week new or a month new
Server geographical location. = anywhere as long as it's lag free
The main language of the server and any secondary languages you would like to see. = as long as there is english
Customs, episodes, apsd, specific map, WoE time or other miscellaneous features = 3rd jobs working good

We are a high rate server, 255/120.
Our server rates 10k/10k. MvP Card Drop = 1% ; Non MvP = 3-10%
We have 3rd jobs completed but it is OPTIONAL. You don't have to be one. 3rd jobs aren't allowed to WoE yet for balancing purposes and have their own PvP Room.
We have the custom classes enabled, Death Knight and Extended Super Novice.
We have custom items that are easily available thru quests and fishing and more.
We have custom fishing, cooking, instancing, commands, main town, guild houses to make things more interesting and new to people.
All of our donations are very balanced, and they are also available in game, you can either quest it or do some instances.
Our server has been up for about 6 months now.
